Choosing the right door

The West Valley sun is hard on garage doors. An insulated steel door keeps the garage cooler, runs quieter, and holds up longer. Eric walks you through styles, insulation levels, windows, and colors, and gives you a free estimate covering the door, installation, and removal of the old one.

Door brands we install

  • Amarr
  • Clopay

  • Garaga
  • C.H.I.

Repair or replace?

If the panels are rusted through, the door has been hit hard enough to bend the frame, or you're replacing springs on a door that's already twenty years old, replacement usually wins. If it's one bad panel or worn hardware, repair does. Eric will give you a price for each so you can decide.

Timing depends on the door. A standard door in a stock size and color can often go in the same day or the same week. A custom door, in a special size, wood look, or window layout, usually takes three to five weeks to arrive, and Eric will tell you the lead time before you order.

How a new door install works

  1. Tell us what the door is doing. Won't open, won't close, loud bang, off the track, opener dead. A photo by text helps.
  2. Get a free estimate. Eric comes out, does a full inspection of the door and opener, and gives you upfront pricing on your options to repair or replace.
  3. We show up and fix it. Same-day during normal hours across the West Valley. Most repairs are done in one visit with parts on the truck.
  4. You get a door that works, backed by a warranty. All repairs and replacements are backed by a parts and labor warranty. Terms vary by product and service.

Questions homeowners ask
