What we repair

Off-track doors

A door that has come off its track is the most common emergency call. We reseat the door, check the rollers, springs, and cables that let it happen, and fix the cause so it doesn't repeat.

Cables and drums

A frayed or snapped cable leaves the door crooked or stuck. Cables are replaced in pairs alongside a spring and balance check.

Roller replacement

Worn steel rollers make the door loud and hard on the opener. Nylon replacements run quiet and last.

Panels, hinges, and hardware

A bent bottom panel from a bumper, a cracked hinge, brackets that have worked loose, or bottom seal that's dried out and cracked in the sun. Single panels can often be replaced without replacing the door, and Eric will tell you when that's the smarter spend.

Maintenance and tune-ups

Lubrication, hardware tightening, a balance test, and a safety-reverse check. Arizona heat dries out lubricant and hardens weather seal faster than most places, so a door that gets used every day is worth a look once a year.

Not a repair?

If the loud bang came from the spring, see spring replacement. If the door is fine but the motor isn't, see opener repair.

Warranty on repairs: 1 year on parts, longer on some products, 90 days on labor. Written on your invoice.

What happens when you call

  1. Tell us what the door is doing. Won't open, won't close, loud bang, off the track, opener dead. A photo by text helps.
  2. Get a free estimate. Eric comes out, does a full inspection of the door and opener, and gives you upfront pricing on your options to repair or replace.
  3. We show up and fix it. Same-day during normal hours across the West Valley. Most repairs are done in one visit with parts on the truck.
  4. You get a door that works, backed by a warranty. All repairs and replacements are backed by a parts and labor warranty. Terms vary by product and service.

Questions homeowners ask

My garage door is off the track. Can I still use it?

Don't. Forcing a door that has jumped the track bends the panels and can snap a cable. Unplug the opener, leave the door where it is, and call. Off-track doors are a same-day repair.

How do I know if it's the rollers?

Grinding, squealing, or a door that shudders as it moves usually means worn rollers. Replacing them with nylon rollers makes the door quieter and easier on the opener.

Is annual maintenance worth it?

For a door that gets used every day, yes. A tune-up covers lubrication, hardware tightening, balance and safety-reverse checks, and catches springs and cables before they fail.

What does a repair cost?

It depends on the repair. Eric offers free estimates, upfront pricing, and no surprise service-call fee.
